To place future orders please call 508.420.6494 or email us at
elisa@swirlsjewelry.com. At
the time of the order please list
order number, the name of the item along with sizing
information and any custom requests. We will do our best to accommodate
each customization. Each piece is handmade, so please allow 2-4 weeks for
delivery. Rush orders are available upon request. We will notify you if
there are any parts that may be backordered to delay your shipment. If
an particular stone or finding is no longer available, we will contact you
with other options. Prices are subject to change. We are not responsible
for printed errors or omissions. Payment Method We accept Visa, MasterCard or Money Order
Custom Work
If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact
the studio and we can work together to create the perfect piece. This is
wonderful idea for our bridal clients. Most of the items you see on the
website and at shows can be custom made with your choice of metal, colors,
gemstones or size.
Elisa creates her jewelry by using hand selected natural
gemstones, freshwater pearls and vintage stones. We will do our best to
match all stones to each other, but please note that the gemstones and
pearls used are natural minerals and may vary in size, shape and color from
piece to piece. We have made every effort to accurately display our
pieces.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped through Federal Express or US
Mail. You have a choice of overnight, 2-day, 3-day or ground. All items
are insured up to $500.00. Larger orders may require additional insurance
to be purchased. Shipping quotes will be made at the time of the order.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied
with your order, items may be exchanged for MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY within
30 days of receipt. Please send an email to

to begin processing your request. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
The jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Please insure
returns, for we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or
misdirected packages. We are unable to accept exchanges of worn or damaged
merchandise. Sales items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Jewelry Care
Jewelry should be worn with care. It is best to keep your
jewelry in an air-tight container (or keep it in the sealed plastic bag it
came in) Make it a habit to accessorize last, just before you go out, as
repeated exposure to the chemical in your beauty products or perfumes can
damage your jewelry.
Liquid jewelry cleaners are only safe for our Fine Jewelry
(carat gold not sterling silver), it is not safe for pieces with stones as
it may damage them. Never use a harsh chemical dip. To clean your jewelry we
recommend that you simply run a soft polishing cloth over the piece,
sometimes an old toothbrush and some silver polish works fine on matte
pieces.
Repairs
We believe in what we do and want you to be satisfied. If
you should need any repairs or maintenance on your jewelry, we will gladly
do the work at no charge for the first year (less the shipping
and handling). For stone replacement, please be aware that stones vary in
availability, size, shape and color, so we may need to make appropriate
substitutes when necessary. After the first year you will be charged a
repair fee along with stone replacement fees.
